Welcome to Corvin Apparel. By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. About Us
Corvin Apparel is an independent UK-based online business offering embroidered clothing, accessories and related products.
2. Orders and Payments
All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Payment must be completed before an order can be processed.
Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or refund an order where a product is unavailable, an obvious pricing or listing error has occurred, or we are otherwise unable to fulfil the order.
3. Product Information
We aim to display product colours, designs and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings, garment batches and thread availability.
As many of our products are embroidered individually, minor variations in embroidery placement or appearance may occur. These small variations are a natural part of the production process and do not normally constitute a fault.
4. Personalised and Made-to-Order Products
For personalised or customised products, customers are responsible for checking that any names, wording, sizes, colours and other customisation details supplied when ordering are correct.
Personalised or custom-made products generally cannot be returned or exchanged simply because you change your mind. This does not affect your rights where an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
5. Cancellations and Returns
Returns, exchanges and cancellations are handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer law.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Estimated processing and delivery times are provided as guidance and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services, customs processing or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
For international orders, customers may be responsible for applicable import duties, taxes or customs charges unless otherwise stated at checkout.
7. Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and, where appropriate, photographs of the issue so we can assist you.
8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the original content of this website, including Corvin Apparel branding, photographs, written content and original artwork, may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without permission.
9. Website Use
You must not misuse our website, attempt to interfere with its operation, introduce malicious software, or use it for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
10. Pricing and Errors
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that prices and product information are accurate. If we discover an obvious error after an order has been placed, we may contact you to correct the issue or cancel and refund the affected order.
11. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot be excluded under UK consumer law.
To the extent permitted by law, Corvin Apparel is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses arising from purchases made for personal use.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally to reflect changes to our business, services or legal requirements. The version published on our website at the time of your order will apply to that purchase.
