DELIVERY INFORMATION

   Please note, delivery times do vary, and the timeframe provides an estimated delivery date only.

   My standard dispatch time to the UK is around 3 business days , however, this may be longer at busy times. 

   This is more likely during holidays and when I receive more orders than average due to a video going viral.

   If you need an item by a certain date, I will always try my best to get this done on time for you, however, this may not always be possible. 

Shipping costs:

 

UK / Channel Islands:

£4.5 - Royal Mail Tracked 48 Shipping (2-3 business days after the dispatch date )

   As soon as orders are dispatched, I will update your order and you will be provided with a shipping confirmation with Tracking.

Europe:

 Europe: £12.99 - Standard Tracked Shipping (5-7 business days after the dispatch date )

USA: 

USA: £19.5 - Standard Tracked Shipping ( 5-7 business days aftter the dispatch date )

Customs Fees and Additional Taxes:

   When placing an international order outside of the UK to Europe or the US, we will not be responsible for any extra taxes or customs fees that may be incurred.

   This is the customers responsibility.

   If fees are incurred, these will need to be paid as soon as possible to avoid your parcel being returned to us.

   We will not be able to offer refunds if this is the case, however, I will be happy to resend this to you, but again, the customer will be responsible for payment of additional shipping costs.
